TRIMETAZIDINE (5011-34-7)
Centrophène  ·  Trimétazidine Irex  ·  Irex Brand of Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride
Trimetazidine is a drug for angina pectoris sold under many brand names. Trimetazidine is described as the first cytoprotective anti-ischemic agent developed and marketed by Laboratoires Servier (France). Trimetazidine is an anti-ischemic (anti-anginal) metabolic agent, which improves myocardial glucose utilization through inhibition of fatty acid metabolism, also known as fatty acid oxidation inhibitor.
Hydrocotarnine (550-10-7)
hydrocotarnine hydrochloride monohydrate  ·  hydrocotarnine hydrobromide  ·  hydrocotarnine hydrochloride
Trimetazidine dihydrochloride (13171-25-0)
Trimetazidine  ·  Centrophène  ·  Trimétazidine Irex
Isomescaline (3937-16-4)
Isomescaline, or 2,3,4-trimethoxyphenethylamine, is a lesser-known compound based on a well-known psychedelic drug. It is an isomer of mescaline, as well as an analog of TIM-2, TIM-3, and TIM-4. Isomescaline was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin.
lomerizine (101477-55-8)
lomerizine dihydrochloride  ·  KB-2796  ·  KB 2796
Lomerizine (INN) (also known as KB-2796) is a diphenylpiperazine class L-type and T-type calcium channel blocker. This drug is currently used clinically for the treatment of migraines, while also being used experimentally for the treatment of glaucoma and optic nerve injury.
5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g]isoquinoline (15052-05-8)
TDIQ (also known as 6,7-methylenedioxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline or MDTHIQ) is a drug used in scientific research, which has anxiolytic and anorectic effects in animals. It has an unusual effects profile in animals, with the effects generalising to cocaine and partially to MDMA and ephedrine, but the effects did not generalise to amphetamine and TDIQ does not have any stimulant effects. It is thought these effects are mediated via a partial agonist action at Alpha-2 adrenergic receptors, and TDIQ has been suggested as a possible drug for the treatment of cocaine dependence.
Anhalinine (642-30-8)
Anhalinine is a naturally occurring bio-active alkaloid which can be isolated from Lophophora williamsii. It is structurally related to Mescaline.
