naloxone (465-65-6)
Narcan  ·  Naloxone Hydrochloride  ·  Nalone
Naloxone, sold under the brandname Narcan among others, is a medication used to block the effects of opioids, especially in overdose. Naloxone may be combined within the same pill as an opioid to decrease the risk of misuse. When given intravenously, naloxone works within two minutes, and when injected into a muscle, it works within five minutes; it may also be sprayed into the nose.
Boldine (476-70-0)
Boldine is an alkaloid of the aporphine class that can be found in the boldo tree and in Lindera aggregata. Boldine has antioxidant activity that effectively protects against free radical induced lipid peroxidation or enzyme inactivation. In addition, it has alpha-adrenergic antagonist activities in vascular tissue, and it has also been reported to have hepatoprotective, cytoprotective, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
(+)-Isoboldine (95508-61-5, 3019-51-0)
Isoteolin is an antihypertensive and psychoactive chemical.
(S)-Scoulerine (6451-73-6, 605-34-5)
Scoulerine, also known as discretamine and aequaline, is a benzylisoquinoline alkaloid that derives from reticuline and is a precursor of berberine. It is found in many plants, including Opium poppy, Croton flavens, and certain plants in the Erythrina genus. Studies show that scoulerine is an antagonist in vitro at the α2-adrenoceptor, α1D-adrenoceptor and 5-HT receptor.
Isoboldine (3019-51-0)
Isoteolin is an antihypertensive and psychoactive chemical.
D,L-Stepholidine (16562-14-4)
(−)-Stepholidine is a protoberberine alkaloid found in the plant Stephania intermedia. Stepholidine activity includes dual D2 receptor antagonist and D1 receptor agonist, and has shown antipsychotic activity in animal studies.
