1,4-DIOXANE (123-91-1)
dioxane  ·  dioxan  ·  diethylene ether
1,4-Dioxane is a heterocyclic organic compound, classified as an ether. It is a colorless liquid with a faint sweet odor similar to that of diethyl ether. The compound is often called simply dioxane because the other dioxane isomers (1,2- and 1,3-) are rarely encountered.
ETHYL ACETATE (141-78-6)
Ethyl acetate (systematically ethyl ethanoate, commonly abbreviated EtOAc or EA) is the organic compound with the formula CH3−COO−CH2−CH3, simplified to C4H8O2. This colorless liquid has a characteristic sweet smell (similar to pear drops) and is used in glues, nail polish removers, decaffeinating tea and coffee, and cigarettes (see list of additives in cigarettes). Ethyl acetate is the ester of ethanol and acetic acid; it is manufactured on a large scale for use as a solvent.
butyric acid (107-92-6, 1977-33-9)
Sodium Butyrate  ·  Butanoic Acid  ·  Magnesium Butyrate
Butyric acid (from Greek βούτῡρον, meaning "butter"), also known under the systematic name butanoic acid, abbreviated BTA, is a carboxylic acid with the structural formula CH3CH2CH2-COOH. Salts and esters of butyric acid are known as butyrates or butanoates. Butyric acid is found in milk, especially goat, sheep and buffalo milk, butter, parmesan cheese, and as a product of anaerobic fermentation (including in the colon and as body odor).
sodium isobutyrate  ·  ammonium isobutyrate  ·  isobutyric acid, calcium salt
Isobutyric acid, also known as 2-methylpropanoic acid, is a carboxylic acid with structural formula (CH3)2CHCO2H. It is a colorless liquid with a somewhat unpleasant odor. It is soluble in water and organic solvents.
SULFOLANE (126-33-0)
Sulfolane (also tetramethylene sulfone, systematic name: 2,3,4,5-tetrahydrothiophene-1,1-dioxide) is an organosulfur compound, formally a cyclic sulfone, with the formula (CH2)4SO2. It is a colorless liquid commonly used in the chemical industry as a solvent for extractive distillation and chemical reactions. Sulfolane was originally developed by the Shell Oil Company in the 1960s as a solvent to purify butadiene.
acetoin (513-86-0)
Acetylmethylcarbinol  ·  3H-2B butanone  ·  3-hydroxy-2-butanone
Acetoin, also known as 3-hydroxybutanone or acetyl methyl carbinol, with the molecular formula is C4H8O2, is a colorless or pale yellow to green yellow liquid with a pleasant, buttery odor. Acetoin is a chiral molecule. The form produced by bacteria is (R)-acetoin.
Methyl propionate, also known as methyl propanoate, is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C4H8O2. It is a clear liquid with a fruity, rum-like odor.
1,3-DIOXANE (505-22-6)
1,3-Dioxane or m-dioxane is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C4H8O2, the CAS number 505-22-6 , EC Number 208-005-1 and RTECS JG8224000. 1,3-Dioxanes and 1,3-dioxolanes are prepared from carbonyl compounds with 1,3-propanediol or 1,2-ethanediol in the presence of Brönsted or Lewis acid catalysts.
formic acid isopropyl ester
3-Hydroxybutanal (107-89-1)
aldol  ·  acetaldol  ·  3-hydroxybutyraldehyde
3-Hydroxybutanal is an aldol formerly used in medicine as a hypnotic and sedative.
2-(Vinyloxy)ethanol (764-48-7)
ethylene glycol monovinyl ether
2-Butene-1,4-diol (6117-80-2, 110-64-5, 29733-86-6, 821-11-4)
