Cisatracurium besylate (96946-42-8)
Cisatracurium (formerly recognized as 51W89, and marketed as Nimbex) is a bisbenzyltetrahydroisoquinolinium that has effect as a neuromuscular-blocking drug or skeletal muscle relaxant in the category of non-depolarizing neuromuscular-blocking drugs, used adjunctively in anesthesia to facilitate endotracheal intubation and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation. It shows intermediate duration of action. Cisatracurium is one of the ten isomers of the parent molecule, atracurium.
Atracurium besylate (96946-42-8, 64228-79-1, 64228-81-5)
Atracurium  ·  Tracrium  ·  BW 33A
Atracurium besilate is a medication used in addition to other medications to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation. It can also be used to help with endotracheal intubation but suxamethonium (succinylcholine) is generally preferred if this needs to be done quickly. It is given by injection into a vein.

mephenesin (59-47-2)
D├ęcontractyl  ·  Dolo Visano M
Mephenesin is a centrally acting muscle relaxant. It can be used as an antidote for strychnine poisoning. Mephenesin however presents with the major drawbacks of having a short duration of action and a much greater effect on the spinal cord than the brain, resulting in pronounced respiratory depression at clinical doses and therefore a very low therapeutic index.
Alloferin (15180-03-7)

Dihexyverine (561-77-3)
Dihexyverine is an antimuscarinic pharmaceutical drug related to dicycloverine used as a spasmolytic.
Emylcamate (78-28-4)
Emylcamate (marketed as Striatran by Merck) is an anxiolytic and muscle relaxant. It was patented in the US in 1961 (US Patent 2,972,564) and advertised for the treatment of anxiety and tension. It was claimed to be superior to meprobamate, which was the market leader at the time.
